Reservations
For an ideal spa experience please arrive 15-20 minutes early for your appointment to allow for a stress free check-in, shower, and a little pre-treatment decompression time.

Please make your reservationist aware if you are: pregnant, have muscle or joint injuries, are suffering from high blood pressure, or are using Retin-A, Avage, Tazorac, Differin, Accutane, any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.

Attire
Please bring your swim attire so that you may enjoy our Jacuzzi. During your visit we will provide you with a changing area, locker, robe and slippers. Please do not bring valuables to the spa. (All jewelry will be removed during treatments.)

Cancellation Policy
Please note: We require at least twenty-four hours notice to cancel any appointment; a credit card number is needed to hold your reservation. Please note that once an appointment is booked--unless we hear otherwise missed appointments will be charged in full to the card number with which they were held.

Sapphire Spa Policy
Ensuring our guests' safety is crucial. A 'guest-check' form must be completed before for each spa visit.
Junior spa-goers (age 16 and under) must be accompanied by a parent or other adult. They must also bring a signed guardian consent form which can be obtained from the spa, booking office
As payment for spa services or retail, we currently accept (accompanied by proper identification) Travelers Check, Room Charge, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa
You may opt to leave gratuities; the recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion.
